For the CAMH Foundation, the goal was to implement a new content management system which would give their internal staff the ability to manage all aspects of their website. The challange was to work within a very tight timeframe and be able to retain as much of the current site as possible, thereby providing better return on funds already invested into this website. The solution was to create a new CMS in two phases, the first phase would tack content management functionality onto thier current website, giving them basic editing capabilities as early as possible. In the second phase, we re-coded thier entire website which made it xhtml 1.0 transitional complient while making all aspects of their site contrent manageable. In conjuction with this project, we created a proprietary, hosted CMS which will be a useful tool for years to come.
